Every kit is made for one child, with their name written in, so it’s a personalized digital product. We still want every family to be happy with it.
If your download doesn’t work, the name is misspelled, or a page is missing, email hello@unpluggedletters.com. We’ll send a corrected kit, usually the same day.
If we can’t fix a problem with your kit, or you bought the wrong reading level or bought twice by mistake, write to us within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund you in full. Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
Postage, envelopes, printing and paper are not part of the purchase.
